Step 1: Consultation

We start by asking a lot of questions to help us better understand what is important to you and establish a set of goals.  Then we will educate you on how the services we offer can help.

Step 2: Site Assessment

​Next we spend time on the property looking to better understand the lay of the land while evaluating assets and liabilities.  This step is essential and allows us to make informed decisions on placement of features and managing concerns like drainage, sunlight and privacy.

Step 3: Conceptual Design 

Now that we know what is important to you and have an understanding of the constraints of the site, we can start providing design solutions.  These can be presented in plan view or 3D renderings to help you understand what we are recommending.

Step 4: Design Development

This phase focuses on communicating the landscape design in greater detail.  This additional detail will help us establish a budget and make informed decisions on items like plant selections, hardscape materials, garden sculptures and landscape lighting.

Step 5: Construction Management

At this stage of the process we help get the job done and done right.  We can help you navigate through the many decision regarding contractors, timing and pricing so that you can move forward with confidence in your investment.
