Essex Junction's City ParkCongratulations to the City of Essex Junction for receiving the Downtown Transportation Fund Grant which bring us one step closer to the realization of the 1 Main St Park at five corners. Ginkgo Design is proud to design for this team! I am very excited to see the impact this effort will have on this downtown community. This fall 2023 we will produce the construction documents in collaboration with Donald L Hamlin Consulting Engineers, Inc. The bid documents will follow with a hopeful spring 2024 ground breaking for the park.
